BAYTV is a general media player and it does not include any content. You have to provide your own content. BAYTV is not responsible for the content you choose to access or play through our app.
2. Licensing & Activation
The app offers a free 7-day trial for testing purposes. To continue using BAYTV after this period, you must purchase a license:
- Yearly License: €5
- Lifetime License: €10 (one-time payment)
Licenses are linked to your device and require your Device ID MAC Address for activation. Once activated, licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. No Preloaded Content
The BAYTV Player Media Player app is delivered without any preloaded channels or content. Even after activation, no media is provided. You are responsible for sourcing and adding your own media.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued after license activation, including cases of user dissatisfaction with third-party content providers.
5. Fraud & Misuse
BAYTV disclaims all responsibility for fraudulent or unauthorized use of third-party content. Any service, content, or subscription offered under the BAYTV name outside of our official channels is not associated with us and is considered a scam.
6. Device Compatibility
BAYTV Player is compatible with a range of smart TVs and devices. Supported devices can be activated after a one-time purchase or yearly subscription. Performance and features may vary depending on the device’s specifications.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
